As a programmer analyst intern, I was able to determine that more exercise reduces your chances of having cancer with an effect size of p <<< 0.01.
San Diego Supercomputer Center
As a software engineer intern, I was able to create an app with a team using agile methods that motivates people to exercise by competing with friends in a reward-system game!
Coding Minds Academy
As a programming teacher, I teach kids from elementary school to high school how to program in Java, Python, and Lua and prepare them for projects and even coding competitions.

Machine Learning and Stars
Given a star's brightness, size, distance from us, and some other information, can I figure out if the star is a dwarf or a giant? A classification project from class in which I examine and test multiple machine learning algorithms such as K-nearest-neighbors, regression, forests, and boosting.

Ever wanted to cook but didn't know how? Use this recipe app to find a recipe right for you. Save it to your cookbook, read it while you cook, and even save small adjustments if the recipe doesn't work out for you! A project I made as part of a software engineering class.
